Standard Shipping:

  • For orders totalling £49.99 and up, Standard Shipping is free.
  • For orders ranging from £0.01 to £49.98, a shipping fee of £0.99 GBP applies.
  • The estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping orders is between 5 to 10 business days.
  • Please note that certain postcodes, such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, and other areas outside the UK mainland, may require additional time for delivery, up to 8-15 business days.

Express Delivery:

  • The cost for Express Delivery is £14.99 GBP.
  • Express Delivery is only available on certain items and is not applicable to all orders.
  • The estimated delivery time for Express Delivery orders is 2 to 3 business days.

Order Processing: We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Our handling time typically ranges from 1 to 3 days. This allows us to prepare and package your order with care to ensure a safe delivery.

  • The delivery times mentioned above are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the specific destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
  • We aim to deliver your order within the specified timeframe, but please understand that factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and carrier delays, may affect the delivery schedule.

Order Cut-off Time: To ensure that your order is processed on the same day, please place your order by 5:00 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its delivery date.
